In compliance with the Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), ESSFERA AUTOMOTRIZ S.A. DE C.V., with address at Santa Anita Street, Block 9, Lot 1, Interior Suite 1, Las Veredas Neighborhood, Postal Code 23435, San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, postal code 62300, informs you that personal data collected and/or provided through the vehicle rental agreement and its annexes, or through third parties authorized by ESSFERA AUTOMOTRIZ S.A. DE C.V., or by electronic, optical, acoustic, visual, or any other means or technology, will be processed for the following purposes according to the following scenarios:

If you are a customer, applicant, or lessee, your personal identification and financial data will be processed to enter into and execute the vehicle rental agreement arising from your reservation or request, whether made online or in person at any of our establishments or offices, as well as for all purposes related to the fulfillment of our obligations as the Data Controller and in accordance with applicable laws.

If you are a collaborator, supplier, or provider of goods and/or services to the Data Controller, your personal identification, property, and financial data will be processed for all purposes related to our contractual legal relationship.

If you are a visitor to our premises, the personal identification and registration data, as well as physical features collected through video recordings or photographs, will be processed to allow you access to our facilities.

If you are a visitor to our website (www.venturcarrental.com), we use third-party services to improve the user experience and diagnose issues on the site: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand traffic and visit sources; Microsoft Clarity to record anonymous interactions and generate heatmaps that help us identify design and usability problems; and Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms against automated abuse. These services collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and interaction behavior. Sensitive form fields (passwords and detected credit card numbers) are masked before being recorded. This information is used exclusively to improve the website; it is not sold to third parties nor used for advertising purposes. If you wish to opt out of Microsoft Clarity recordings you may visit https://clarity.microsoft.com/opt-out, and for Google Analytics you may install the opt-out browser add-on provided by Google.

If you are our employee or candidate, your personal identification, property, financial, employment and academic background data, legal proceedings in which you participate or have participated, sensitive data regarding your health status, and personal and/or physical characteristics will be processed for all purposes related to selection, recruitment, training, development, payment of employment benefits, and compliance with tax and legal obligations.

Additionally, in any of the scenarios above, you are informed that your personal data may be processed for secondary purposes such as the offering and promotion of goods, products, and services, and/or commercial prospecting. If you do not wish to receive any of the offerings described in this paragraph, you may express your refusal under the terms of the Comprehensive Privacy Notice, which you may access online at https://venturcarrental.com/privacy or request a copy directly at our address, where the procedure to exercise your ARCO rights is described, and send it to us by email at gerencia@venturcarrental.com.

We also inform you that your data may be transferred to:

1. Third parties for the purpose of complying with our obligations under the laws to which we are subject as lessors of vehicles without a driver.
2. To comply with tax obligations, as well as to respond to notifications, official communications, or official requirements from Mexican and foreign judicial authorities.
3. To the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), for the purpose of complying with obligations contained in social security legislation.
4. To institutions, organizations, or entities of the Insurance Sector for risk selection purposes in the event of an incident involving the rented vehicle.

Should there be transfers other than those mentioned in the previous paragraph that require your express consent, we will inform you accordingly.

You may exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition), revocation of consent, and limitation of data use by submitting a written request to the email address gerencia@venturcarrental.com or directly at our address.

We will have a maximum of 15 business days to respond, which we will do through the same channel you used to request it. The above is subject to the exercise of such rights not hindering compliance with any current law or judicial mandate, as well as the fulfillment of obligations arising from the legal relationship between you and ESSFERA AUTOMOTRIZ S.A. DE C.V.

Please note that messages sent electronically may be intercepted or manipulated, so ESSFERA AUTOMOTRIZ S.A. DE C.V. is not responsible if messages arrive incomplete, delayed, are deleted, or contain any malicious program (computer virus).
